Very simple, easy. Super track can be used horizontally, vertically, on top of or and embedded in a jig, fixture work bench. Simply drill holes in the work surface, drop some hex head bolts and slide super track. Cut slowly, ensure at least 3 teeth are in material all times and use some kind of lubricant.

The ideal blade has a negative rake, triple chip grind, similar to laminate cutting. Aluminum cutting lubricant is like a wax in stick form. A limited number of cuts can be made with an tab tooth pattern. These tracks fit any standard fastener such as hex nuts, head bolts and wide oval nuts.

Super track can be cross cut with any carbide tipped blade. In fact its these vary tracks that make super track so easy to install.

Bolting from the bottom had dramatically greater resistance to pull out. If you use knobs to lock the hex head bolts instead of nuts, can easily adjust position super track. A big advantage bolting from the bottom has over screwing down top is resistance to pullout. Specific lubricants for cutting aluminum are available.
