The eight photos are of actual switches with different camera angles to best show items. At least three ties in each direction the switch points hold rails to aid re-installing turnouts. Most of the original track wiring has been retained which will save lots time re-installing these eight 8 right hand code 70 nickel silver turnouts and makes them easy to use on CDC layouts or traditional dc blocks. These switches were previously installed on a layout and carefully removed.

If you are planning to ballast the track, why buy new when these turnouts will look pretty much same as ones after installation. Shinohara switches have a very realistic look because the frog and guide rails are solid metal, absent of plastic. The track needs a bit of cleaning.
