The extra piece of track isn't included in the offer. It says Peco England on the back. Can be removed with a soldering iron.
Two ties are missing by the switch points and pieces of connecting track are soldered to this switch. Peco ho code 100 insulfrog on non large right hand turnout sl 88 or at least I suspect that is what this switch is. If you connect another piece of track the rails should be in gauge, see last pic.
