Oo gauge trains use ho gauge track. Bachmann tender for flying scot locomotives oo in scale but set was marketed as ho for us market.

Does roll but with some resistance due to the above. Wheels seem to not be quite straight on their axles, most likely need adjustment, axles appear to be straight. In mostly excellent condition with minor paint loss and small mark on lining on top of left side see photos, mark most likely removable, has minor damage to upper right hand corner of rear end see main photo.
