The headlight does work.
I just installed new axels in it and it runs very nice. It does not come with fluid for the smoke. A couple of the rail pieces underneath have been glued back on but if the body is replaced then it's a mute point.
The smoke does work but does not come out of the smoke stack because the front of the body is missing and the smoke just blows back inside the body. Either the shell just needs to be replaced or it needs a front of the body installed.
In my opinion, all it needs is the front piece or a new replacement shell. The body needs some work. One of the ladders is missing one hand rail.
