I describe exactly what I see if I test the function of a mechanical item. It's mint in the box w foam liner, smoke fuel tube paperwork.

I never put a reserve on any offer. I never stack full shipping costs for multiple items on top of one another unless they have to be packed in separate boxes for safety in transit.

This is merely due to the items being antiques or vintage pre owned. I will only call an item mint if I truly believe that it's in mint condition.

All of the pieces are mint in the original boxes.

Br a the trains were found in a Howdy room in a climate controlled part of the estate Home. I describe items as I am looking at them. They are not being offered as safety tested child's toys for play use.

If I made no gross errors, the item is estate final sale. I use plain backgrounds and simple plain.

Most large heavy items shipped via ups will have to be packed in separate boxes for safety. The large item ups shipping cost shown in my listings is for insured ups ground in the lower 48 states. This will cost a good bit more than normal ups ground in the lower 48 states.

Does not have a separate box for shipping cost to Canada. The engine is powered lighted with smoke. Birdcage.

I will only call an item rare or scarce if I truly believe it to be so. I can only offer extremely large heavy items to USA buyers.

I do not believe in fluffy borders, fancy backgrounds, overblown hype wording or confusing lettering to promote phony hype in attempt to make an item appear more spectacular than it really is. I want buyers to view them as close as possible to when they came from the estates.

I ship all larger heavy items in the continental USA via fully insured ups ground.

I am not a yard sealer or a picker.

Please inquire about the airmail large item cost before the item ends. Once an item is up running, it stays running until the offer ends unless I make a bad error have to end the offer to fix the problem then re list it.

I will gladly accept a return and or take care of a problem if I do make a gross error in. They have not been run on a layout, pulled apart, chopped up, weathered, modified, etc.

The estates usually prefer straight offers to follow through. You are seeing the item fresh out of the estate as pictured here. My offers are straight forward.
