For shipping, I will place a strip of cardboard over the box window, secured with rubber bands, to keep it from damage and the loco from breaking out they do that.

The number 2333 below the cab windows and new haven on both sides of the tender. Up for bid is this ho Bachmann usra new haven steam loco w dcc on board smoke lighted, with slope tender in factory new condition.

I only ship within the us. I do my best to describe any deficiencies that I see, but could miss something. Note on side of box 'for use with all NRA NM compliant dcc systems and compatible with conventional dc powered layouts.

The box liner are also in excellent condition no tears, rips, or breaks minor scuffs on some corners. Can motor, rear tender light railing, knuckle couplets, and slot drabber vertical piece on end of drabber rides in a slot below the cab no screws. The ideal loco for someone who's been thinking about moving on to dcc or already has it.

I do not re use newspaper or other packing that could retain smoke and other odors. Allergenic note our home is smoke free and no pets. Safety regos.

Made in china note Bachmann now rates their locos for 14 due to the complexity of the locos and over zealous gov't. It appears to have never been run still in protective plastic wrap in Styron liner. All complete w working headlight, vial of smoke, brass bell whistles.

Those go into the recycle barrel.

I size all my boxes to the item being shipped, to keep your postage fees as low as possible. Photos are of actual item you are buying on, so look at them closely.

All black with gold colored boiler logo, numbers lettering. This loco is dcc equipped but can be run on existing standard layouts, too.

I dust off all train items to remove the surface dirt, but do not aggressively clean them as the experts warn against that.
